We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and Care Credit (a dental credit card).
Your insurance is a contract between your employer and a dental insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company, and not our dental office.
The goal of most dental insurance policies is to provide basic care for specific dental services. The benefits that you receive from the dental insurance company through your current insurance plan, occasionally have nothing to do with your needs to achieve maximum dental health. Sometimes your needed services will not be covered. We will do everything possible to maximize your insurance benefits.
As a courtesy, our office will complete and submit your insurance forms to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred. We urge you to read your insurance policy so that you are fully aware of coverage and any limitations of the benefits provided.
Each appointment we schedule is a reserved time for you taking care of a specific need. Whether it be a routine check-up or repairing a broken tooth, we save a specific amount of time and do our best to “get you in and out” of the office during your allotted time.
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Therefore, if a patient cancels his or her appointment less than 48 hours in advance of their appointed time, or does not show at all for their reserved appointment, we do charge a non-refundable fee of $75 per hour.
